Doula

A woman holding a baby girl on her lap, engaged in conversation with a woman sitting on a chair, with a man sitting nearby. The baby is wearing a pink long sleeve shirt, denim overalls, and a headband, while the woman holding her has long, wavy brown hair and a green t-shirt. The man has a ginger beard and is wearing a black shirt and beige pants. A large potted snake plant and colorful quilted pillows are visible in the background.

Bringing a baby into the world is life-changing. Having the right support from a birth and postpartum doula in Saskatoon can ease the journey and make all the difference. As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you through pregnancy, labour, birth, and postpartum with steady, consistent, and judgment-free care.

Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, I’ll meet you where you are emotionally and physically, helping you feel prepared, confident, and supported every step of the way.

To empower you and your partner, it’s best we begin working together prior to 36 weeks, so you both feel confident and prepared when baby decides it’s time.

For prenatal visits, I offer in-home doula support in Saskatoon, where you are likely to labour before heading to the hospital. For postpartum visits, I’ll come to your home to support you, your new baby, and your family, creating a calm and nurturing environment where you feel most comfortable.

For those interested, I also offer homeopathy support during labour and postpartum. These natural remedies can support your labour, birth, and postpartum recovery, enhancing the care you receive as part of your doula support.
